Building a Self-Sustaining Science Cloud

The European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) is designed to enable researchers to easily share data, tools and infrastructure. Drawing on input from the Science|Business cloud consultation group and experts involved in the development of the EOSC, this paper considers how the EOSC can fulfil its objectives in a way that is self-sustaining.
